There's so much to do, see and enjoy in Philadelphia!
Explore just a few of many vibrant neighborhoods we serve in the city and surrounding areas:
Known as Philadelphia’s Garden District and named “one of the top seven urban enclaves in the country” by Forbes.com, Chestnut Hill is one of the greenest and most vibrant communities in the country. The Chestnut Hill Business District is dedicated to supporting the area’s businesses through retail attraction, economic development, and promotion of the neighborhood as an attractive destination to live, work and visit.
Situated in beautiful Northwest Philadelphia, Mt. Airy has a little of everything: gorgeous homes spanning centuries of architectural styles, a vibrant and historic commercial corridor, and easy access to Center City, with several buses and two regional rail lines into town. The cobbled Germantown Avenue, with its charming shops, cafes and bakeries runs through the area. Trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding wind through Wissahickon Valley Park. Several art galleries dot the neighborhood, and the English-style Awbury Arboretum has flowering meadows and a secret garden. Most importantly, Mt. Airy is a welcoming neighborhood of engaged and interesting people from across a diverse spectrum of backgrounds.
The East Falls neighborhood runs along a stretch of Ridge Avenue that is only a few miles long, along the banks of the Schuylkill River then extends northeast to Wissahickon Avenue. East Falls overlooks the multi-use recreational path of Fairmount Park along Kelly Drive, and is desirable for its central location, an easy commute to Center City, with easy access to several major roadways and public transportation. East Falls continues to develop, with new housing, retail space recreation centers, two train stations, a number of bars and restaurants, and illustrious mansions as well as some recently renovated housing that continues to increase in value.
